A Boston-based attorney with extensive experience in private equity, Jonathan Sablone began his career as a lawyer at the AmLaw 50 global law firm Nixon Peabody, LLP, in 1995. Over nearly 25 years, Jonathan Sablone advanced to leadership positions, including equity partner and chair of the complex commercial disputes practice group.
Between 2019 and 2021, Jonathan Sablone worked as an equity partner and chair of the global private funds dispute team at DLA Piper, LLP, a top-five global law firm by headcount and profitability. His achievements with the firm included developing and co-leading an international group of litigators and corporate legal professionals specializing in private funds.
Attorney Jonathan Sablone subsequently joined Delta Capital Partners Management, LLC, in Chicago. During his time as a lawyer, managing director, and chief litigation officer, he oversaw a diverse portfolio of assets for the global private equity firm, which specializes in litigation and legal finance, among other focuses.
Jonathan Sablone studied government at Harvard University, graduating cum laude. He continued his education at Boston College Law School, earning his juris doctor. In addition to his work with leading law firms, he has participated in numerous speaking engagements at events and organizations, including the Offshore Alert Conference, the Strafford Publications Audio Conference, and the Boston Security Analysts Society.
